Annual conference ‘Future Financing Act’

The conference will focus on the current BMF/BMJ draft of a Future Financing Act.

The focus will be on the facilitation of access to the capital market, the regulation of general terms and conditions for model contracts in the financial services sector, the liability relief for crowdfunding platforms and the changes to stock corporation law regarding capital increases, multi-voting shares and "crypto-shares" under the eWpG.

The programme will be rounded off with perspectives from the start-up scene and the financial centre Frankfurt.
